"In the very near future, people everywhere will have the opportunity to witness an extraordinary and significant sign, the like of which has been manifested only once before, at the birth of Jesus. Then, according to Christian teaching, a star appeared in the heavens and led three wise men from the East to the birthplace of Jesus. Soon, once again, a star-like luminary of brilliant power will be seen around the world." (Benjamin Creme's Master, 'Maitreya's first interview', Share International Jan/Feb 2009).
In 1988 CNN and other media reported on Maitreya's miraculous appearance to 6,000 people in Nairobi, Kenya, on Saturday 11 June. A week before the event a remarkable sign occurred: "On Saturday 4 June a big, bright star was sighted, unusually brighter than ordinary stars," reported Kenya Times editor Job Mutungi. On 12 December 2008 Share International distributed a news release announcing that in the very near future a large, bright star would appear in the sky visible throughout the world, night and day, heralding the imminent appearance of Maitreya in His first interview on a major US television programme. Since early January 2009 sightings of the star have been reported all over the world and hundreds of sightings have been sent to Share International.

Spiral light over Norway
The enormous, spiral light with its glowing centre, seen over Norway on 9 December 2009, has excited and baffled thousands of Norwegians including astronomical experts. What does it mean?
On 12 December 2008 Share International Foundation announced that a large, bright 'star'-like object would soon be seen in the sky. It is a sign heralding the imminent appearance of Maitreya, the World Teacher, on His first television interview, which will take place in the USA.
The 'star' is really one of four enormous spacecraft placed around the world. Since December 2008 numerous sightings of the 'star' have been reported on YouTube and television news programmes. Share International magazine has received hundreds of photographs showing the 'star' in a variety of stunning colours and shapes.
The huge spiral manifestation over Norway is an extension of the work of these spacecraft and is irrefutable evidence of their reality. Our information is that further such manifestations are planned for the near future. [Share International, January/February 2010]

Spiral Light in Australia
The spiral light seen across eastern Australia in the early morning of 5 June 2010 (over Queensland, Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra) has been confirmed by Benjamin Creme's Master to be the 'star' which heralds the emergence of Maitreya, the World Teacher, into full public recognition.
Scientists are attempting to explain away this latest spiral phenomenon as the effects of the launch of a private space rocket at Cape Canaveral, USA, just as the Norwegian spiral 'star' was explained away as being a failed Russian rocket.
Witnesses and many other commentators have pointed out that this spiral light is reminiscent of the spiral formation which appeared over Norway in December 2009 and which was confirmed by Benjamin Creme's Master to have been the 'star' heralding Maitreya's emergence. At the time, Benjamin Creme's Master also noted that many more such spectacular celestial signs could be expected. [Share International, June 2010]

Maitreya's 'star' over Jerusalem
On 28 January 2011, a glowing UFO hovering over Jerusalem's Temple Mount was filmed by at least three different witnesses. The Sydney Morning Herald reported: "Perhaps more intriguing is the fact it was shot from various angles that all seem to be in sync, particularly at the moment when the object flies upwards at high speed." UK's Channel 4 News noted that the videos appear to show "the exact same ball of light" and that "the mystery deepens as flying is forbidden above the sacred site, so the light cannot come from a plane".
What does this phenomenon means? Who is creating it? What is its significance at this time of crisis and change?
According to Benjamin Creme, artist, author and lecturer, this is one of many signs or miracles which herald the emergence into public life of Maitreya, the World Teacher. The UFO in Jerusalem was one of the four 'stars' seen around the world since December 2008 that herald Maitreya's open emergence. The red-orange balls of light that can be seen in the video when the UFO vanishes were smaller spacecraft which were servicing the 'star'. [Share International, March 2011]
